One is a double door very high-end expensive heavy and it needed meticulous, craftsmanship and skill to not only install these doors but also they provided repeat follow up to make sure everything was good and when we had an issue with a motor which was due to a defect in the motor, which is been replaced by that Company craftsman, they were on the scene and helped us correct it at a nominal cost."

"Chris and Jake are very professional in their approach. When I needed to replace my two garage door openers, they were very quick in giving me a date. Also, everything can be transacted on the phone. No visit to their shop is needed. After a month, one of the garage door openers stopped working and some parts needed to be replaced. Again, they were very quick in sending a technician. The technician was also very professional and did the repair to my great satisfaction. My garage door opener was under warranty which they respected. I had a power outage and was able to close the garage door opener manually. I was not able to restore the operation after power came back. Again, they sent a technician within 2 days who showed me how to rectify such situations should they happen again. I highly recommend Chris and Jake at Textro Door company."
